During my city break at Casa Benassi, I was profoundly impressed by the beautiful stonework of this late 19th-century gem, magnificently restored and enveloped by the lush greenery of the Modenese Apennines. While I usually skip breakfast, I couldn't resist the allure of the wide selection of homemade pastries and fresh fruit-though I did sneak a couple of delights for later! The location is a wonder in itself, perfect for both skiing enthusiasts and those like my travel companions who cherish the serene walking trails in summer. Lastly, the added joy of a heated hot tub and a Finnish sauna truly elevated our experience, making it memorable for every kind of traveler.
